Terms of sale

1. About us. This website is operated by registered business name, RC/BN to be confirmed, address, Nigeria (“LuxeByDee”, “we”, “us”). Contact: email, phone.

2. These terms. These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Our Privacy policy and our Delivery & returns page form part of these terms.

3. Your account. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. You must be 18 or over to buy from us.

4. Products. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are for illustration, and colors and packaging may vary slightly. Longevity, sillage and wear guides are estimates and vary with skin, climate and application. Read the notes on each product page if you have allergies or sensitivities, and patch-test before regular use. Do not use perfume on broken or irritated skin. Never leave a candle burning unattended.

5. Prices. Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (₦) and include VAT where applicable confirm VAT treatment. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If we list a product at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Orders and contract. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation after payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if a payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud.

7. Payment. Our payment provider takes payment at checkout. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 60 minutes and any reserved stock is released.

8. Delivery. Delivery times on our Delivery & returns page are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If you are buying for delivery outside Nigeria, you are responsible for import duties, taxes and your country’s rules on importing perfume.

9. Returns and refunds. You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery as set out on our Delivery & returns page. Refunds go to the original payment method or, where it cannot accept a refund, by bank transfer. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, including your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

10. Cancellations by you. You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us. Once it has shipped, the returns process applies.

11. Reviews and content. Reviews must be honest, about the product, and from your own experience. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, unlawful, off-topic or contain personal data. Only customers who bought the product can review it.

12. Liability. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Intellectual property. The LuxeByDee name, wordmark, signature, product names, photographs and website content belong to us. Do not copy them for commercial use without permission.

14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Lagos State, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in your own country if you are a consumer living abroad.
