How long will my order take to arrive?
Lagos: 3 to 4 working days from order. Rest of Nigeria: 4 to 7 working days from order. International: 7 to 12 working days from order. You get a tracking link by email when your parcel ships.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?
Yes, worldwide. The delivery price is shown at checkout once you enter your address. Import duties and taxes in your country are charged by your local customs and are not included in our prices.
Can I return something?
You can return unopened, unused items in their sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything once opened, but if your order arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and Dee will put it right. How do I pay?
Checkout uses our secure payment partner, Bachs. You can pay by card and the other methods shown on the payment page. Your full card details go to them, never to us. Prices are in Nigerian naira; if you pay with a foreign card, your bank converts the amount.
How do I choose a shade?
Each shade has a swatch on its product page, and the photograph shows the shade named under it. If you are between two, send Dee a photo taken in daylight and Dee will suggest one.
Should I patch test new skincare?
Yes, especially if your skin is sensitive. Put a little behind your ear or on the inside of your arm once a day for two days. If there is no redness or itching, use it as directed.
Where can I read the full ingredient list?
On each product page, under Ingredients. If you have an allergy, read it before you buy, or write to Dee and ask.
How long does a perfume last on skin?
Each perfume’s page gives an estimate, from 5 to 7 hours for an eau de toilette to 12 hours or more for an extrait or the perfume oil. The more concentrated it is, the closer it sits and the longer it lasts. Heat, your skin and how much you apply all change it.
How should I store what I buy?
Away from heat, light and humidity: a drawer, not a sunny windowsill or a car. Close jars and tubes after each use. Kept this way, a perfume stays as it should for years.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Turn on gift wrap for any item in your bag and write your message. Dee copies it onto a card by hand and signs it. Gift orders never show prices on the packing slip. You can send to any address, including one in a different country from your own.
Who will answer if I write?
Dee. LuxeByDee is one person, so the person who chose what you bought is the person who reads your message.
