Description
Hairline is a soft kohl pencil that glides along the lash line and the waterline without dragging. It stays creamy for about a minute, long enough to smudge with a fingertip, then sets. Three shades: true black, dark brown and a deep ink blue.
How to use
Draw along the upper lash line and the waterline. To soften it, smudge within a minute. Sharpen before each use.
