Description
Blotter is a cleansing balm that melts into an oil on dry skin and lifts away sunscreen, long-wear makeup and mascara. Add water and it turns milky and rinses clean, without a greasy film and without stinging the eyes. Follow it with Fair Copy at night. 100 ml.
How to use
Scoop a little with the spatula and massage onto dry skin, over eyes too, for a minute. Wet your fingers, massage until it turns milky, then rinse. At night, follow with Fair Copy.
